Return and Exchange Policy for Retail Purchases

You have two (2) days from the date of receipt of parcel to check if you received the right item/s in good condition and notify us for wrong or damaged item/s. In case you wish to refund or exchange, please send a copy of invoice to or through HTP Kids Viber Hotline +639272673792.

Item/s for return or exchange must be sent back to HTP Hub within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of parcel. Kindly request assistance through Viber.

For overrun items of HTP Kids that are tagged as such due to small or almost not noticeable flaw, these items are sold at lower price. Overruns are not accepted for return, exchange or refund.


Ordered the wrong size? We  accept  size changes with the following conditions

  • Item/s you wish to exchange must be purchased directly from our website. (
  • A stock item of the size to be exchanged must be available. (Note: You may check the availability of the size on our website.)
  • The item for return is in new and original condition as it was received. (unwashed, unworn, unused, and HTP Kids tags should still be attached.)
  • Item/s must be from the latest collection.
  • Requests for exchange must be done within 2-days upon delivery.
  • HTP Kids will notify customers once the item is received back at our hub. The returned item will go through our Quality Control team and it will only be accepted for exchange if it passes our QC.
  • Customers are responsible for any shipping charges and price changes. (In case an item is purchased at a lower price, the customer should be responsible to pay the extra amount of the new purchase.)


  • HTP Kids will shoulder a maximum shipping fee of Php 100.00 if the reason for return is our fault. 
  • You should have already checked the exchange policy above before sending an email to us. 
  • To avoid purchasing the wrong size, we recommend checking out the size guide on the product description (size chart is also posted). Most items fit true to size unless otherwise specifically stated.
